1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the iScale Partners website or joining our affiliate program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to participate. iScale Partners operates as a B2B affiliate network and does not provide gambling services to end users.

3. The Affiliate Program

iScale Partners connects affiliates with iGaming brands under commission models including CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), RevShare (Revenue Share) and Hybrid deals. Final commission terms are set per partner based on GEOs, traffic quality and volume.

4. Commissions & Payments

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid bi-weekly via the methods available in your dashboard (crypto, e-wallet, bank transfer). We apply no negative carryover - balances reset at the start of each month. Minimum payout thresholds depend on the chosen method.

5. Affiliate Obligations

You agree to promote our brands lawfully, using only approved marketing materials, and to comply with all applicable laws and advertising regulations in the GEOs you target. Brand bidding, trademark misuse and incentivised traffic require prior written approval.

6. Prohibited Activities

Fraud, spam, cookie stuffing, misleading advertising, and any traffic generated through illegal means are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.

7. Intellectual Property

All iScale Partners branding, creatives and materials remain our property or that of our partners. You may use them solely to promote the agreed brands and must cease use upon termination.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership with written notice. Upon termination, you must stop using all promotional materials and remove tracking links.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided 'as is'. iScale Partners is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of revenue beyond the commissions owed to you.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which iScale Partners is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
