These Terms govern your participation in the iScale Partners affiliate programme. By signing up you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. Your promotional activities must comply with all laws and regulations in the jurisdictions you target.

2. Your obligations

Market our brands honestly without misleading claims.
No spam, unsolicited email, or intrusive pop-unders.
Do not bid on branded trademark terms.
No self-referral using your own affiliate links.

3. Commissions & payments

Commissions are paid on a bi-weekly cycle. We carry no negative carryover: negative balances reset each month.

4. Tracking & cookies

Players are tracked with a unique affiliate ID and a 30-day cookie, plus lifetime player tagging.

5. Account suspension

We may suspend accounts found breaching these Terms or generating fraudulent traffic. Commissions may be forfeited.
